Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and MintAi for the use of the MintAi mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

MintAi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download, install, and use the App on your personal iOS devices for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the App's features and functionality as described in the App Store listing

• Subscription Plans: Various subscription tiers are available (monthly, yearly) as displayed in the App
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not control Apple's refund policies
• No Pro-Rated Refunds: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or limitations of the App
• Maintain the confidentiality of your Apple ID and iCloud credentials
• Ensure you have proper authorization to use voice recording features in compliance with local laws

The App, including all content, features, functionality, source code, and design, is owned by MintAi and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest in the App remain with MintAi.

• Your Data: All your financial data is stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to your financial information
• Data Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account
• Backup: We recommend regularly backing up your data through iCloud to prevent data loss

• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• We are not responsible for any errors in expense tracking or financial calculations that may result from user input errors or technical issues
• The voice recognition feature may not always be 100% accurate. You are responsible for verifying all expense entries

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to your data through your iCloud account
• Any errors or inaccuracies in expense tracking or financial data

The App uses third-party services including Apple CloudKit, OpenAI API, and Apple's payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their performance.

• By You: You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Your data in iCloud will remain under your control

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of India
• Apple Terms: This Agreement is also subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
